TAURON Ciepło chose the VECTOR SMART DATA telemetry system

TAURON Ciepło, who own the second largest heating system in Poland, implemented the VECTOR SMART DATA remote reading and heating node control system. The project covered 14 cities in 3 voivodeships.

TAURON Ciepło provides heating energy to a large part of the Katowice urban area, e.g. to cities such as Katowice, Sosnowiec, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Chorzów and Mysłowice. The company deals with the production and distribution of heat, enabling green and efficient heating by using modern technologies. Most of the heating energy is produced in combination with electrical energy.

During the 18-month project period, we installed 6,000 telemetry modules in 14 cities of Silesia and Zagłębie, and supplied 1,200 fully equipped cabinets with telemetry modules to support the customer’s own nodes.
